We are currently seeking "Team Leaders" to fill multiple positions in Connecticut and New York.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, modify and review software/ system designs and associate test plans for module testing and integration testing.
- Estimate efforts required for design, development of system components and modules.
- Provide technical guidance as a team leader to software engineers and senior software engineers (Minimum of 8 – 10 people) in specification development, testing and deployment of components and modules.
- Manage the resource requirements in terms of hardware, software and people, ensuring optimum utilization of resources across multiple projects.
- Ensure timely delivery of the project.
- Act as a mentor and ensure that the team works effectively.
- Knowledge of minimum one development environment, database management system, job description and/or scripting language and user interface specification.
- Knowledge of designing tools as well as Software Design life Cycle.
- Experience on working on medium to large scale integration projects.
- Must possess good communication skills.
- Able to work well individually and as a member of a team.
- Quick learner, good listener and efficient worker .
