Team Leader

The Computer Support People, LLC is a global professional solutions provider specializing in Networking, and Systems Integration, Information Systems Management, Application Integration and Development, Software and Hardware Engineering, and Business Management Services.

We are currently seeking "Team Leaders" to fill multiple positions in Connecticut and New York.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop, modify and review software/ system designs and associate test plans for module testing and integration testing.
  • Estimate efforts required for design, development of system components and modules.
  • Provide technical guidance as a team leader to software engineers and senior software engineers (Minimum of 8 – 10 people) in specification development, testing and deployment of components and modules.
  • Manage the resource requirements in terms of hardware, software and people, ensuring optimum utilization of resources across multiple projects.
  • Ensure timely delivery of the project.
  • Act as a mentor and ensure that the team works effectively.
Minimum demonstrable experience:
  • Knowledge of minimum one development environment, database management system, job description and/or scripting language and user interface specification.
  • Knowledge of designing tools as well as Software Design life Cycle.
  • Experience on working on medium to large scale integration projects.
  • Must possess good communication skills.
  • Able to work well individually and as a member of a team.
  • Quick learner, good listener and efficient worker .
