We are currently seeking experienced "Senior
Managers" to fill multiple positions in Illinois,
New York, Texas, North Carolina, South Carolina,
Texas, Virginia, Florida and California.

Relocation and/or traveling requirements vary.
Key Responsibilities:
Participate in pre-sales / business development support activities.
Managing quality management activities, and contributes to process improvements over time.
Budgeting, estimating, measuring progress and risk management.
Manage the resource requirements in terms of hardware, software and people, ensuring optimum utilization of resources across multiple projects.
Act as a mentor and ensure that the team works effectively.
Monitor process compliance, through sample checks, and take corrective action in case of non-compliance.
Manage teams of 100+ resources.
Minimum demonstrable experience:
Participate in pre-sales / business development support activities.
Domain Knowledge of technology or application in area of expertise.
Knowledge of software quality process and software delivery process.
Experience on working on medium to large scale integration projects.
Must possess good communication skills.
Able to work well individually and as a member of a team.
Quick learner, good listener and efficient worker.
