We are currently seeking "Associate Managers" to fill
multiple positions in Connecticut and New York.
Key Responsabilities:

Undertake project management responsibilities namely
planning, monitoring, estimation, team-management, work–package management,
change management and customer management.

Carry out business analysis to define functional
specifications and software requirement specifications

Review, modify and enhance Quality Management Systems in
accordance with industry standards and software process maturity models.

Understand the scope of project, customer expectations
leading to conceptualization of the solution. Ensure timely delivery of the
project.

Participate in centre management activities such as
recruitment, training, career planning.

Mentor and guide team leaders and teams of 10 –15 members.
Minimum demonstrable experience:
-
Domain Knowledge of technology or application in area of expertise.

Knowledge of software quality process and software delivery process.

Experience on working on medium to large scale integration projects.

Must possess good communication skills

Able to work well individually and as a member of a team

Quick learner, good listener and efficient worker
